business in the front…

After a month or so of referring to T as ’sheepdog’ (and her refusal to wear a barrette for even a half a second as shown below) I finally broke down and cut her bangs. And I just realized now that I think I gave my baby a mullet.

in goes the barrette

  • Child haircuts are a minefield – the last time I had Mouse’s hair cut, he looked like an escapee from an electroshock therapy programme.

That’s not a mullet!! She looks boostercute! :-)

  • I gave Q a bowl cut once. It so disturbed me that I now leave haircutting to the pros. But I wouldn’t say T has a mullet. More like a Suzi Quatro shag. But really, she’s so dang cute, you could shave her head and it wouldn’t make a bit of difference. You cannot diminish the cute–it’s too strong.

  • She’s adorable. I loved the sheepdog, and the semi-Mullet is cute too.

  • ALL babies have mullets. It is the nature of new hair growth – perhaps what inspired the original 80’s style…

    Too Cute!

  • I’m sorry, but I am laughing so hard at the photo essay! I have gone through that phase with all of my girls. I have just stopped trying to do anything with their hair and keep it chin length.

  • Very cute! You know…the mullet is making a comeback! She’s ahead of her time in style!
